SECR-FL Returns to Gainesville with Robot Event

SECR-FL is proud to announce it's triumphant return to Gainesville Florida. We're nearing completion of a brand new arena capable of handling 30 pound robots. We've completely rebuilt the "hate crate" arena from the Farm Fight event oh so many years ago. The new arena offers a 16'x16' fighting surface, fully enclosed, top-notched fighting venue. Flame and gas powered weapons are allowed and highly-encouraged.
We will also have the 8'x8' insect arena for the bots up to 3 pounds. What? Two arenas? OMG! Yes, it's totally true. The proposed event date is November 15th, 2008. Event entry fees will be $5 for insect bots, $10 for the 12's and 30's.
Please come join us for some good old-fashioned Southern hospitality and robot mayhem. Details will be posted soon at www.buildersdb.com.
